We are a group of experienced professionals who came together through Henley Business School’s Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching. Each of us brings a different career, a different specialism and a different perspective — united by a shared commitment to evidence-based, ethical coaching practice.
We work independently, which means our clients get focused, personal attention from a coach who chooses to work with them — not a consultant assigned by a firm. What brings us together is the rigour of our training, our professional values, and a genuine belief in what good coaching can do.
Our collective covers
We believe coaching is a serious discipline that deserves to be practised with the same rigour and accountability as any other profession. That means grounding our work in evidence-based frameworks, investing in our own development as practitioners, and holding ourselves to clear ethical standards.
We work in alignment with the ICF and EMCC codes of ethics. Those frameworks matter to us because they reflect something we care about deeply: that coaching is a serious discipline. They define our commitment to confidentiality, to working without judgement, to the ongoing development of our own practice, and to placing the client’s agenda at the centre of every engagement.
All members of our group are committed to upholding the International Coaching Federation's Code of Ethics in their practice.
